Indianapolis is the home of Indyferal.org where they not only got city law changed but grew a huge volunteer base and are spreading around the state. They have merged with our biggest spay/neuter clinic organization to bring even better coordination to the whole issue.

They are working on state law also.

That's really neat Jane. I wish they could make a cat/dog food that would sterilize the animals. It would be much easier to do that to stray cats than to try to catch them and them do the surgery. Maybe someday.....
