She's Mine, All Mine Now!

Today was the day ~ I just paid off my four year car loan for "Black Betty", my 2003 Honda Accord. Paid off 14 months early too! I am in (big) debt to only one place now, The University of Michigan Health System. My broken toe from the summer cost A LOT of out-of-pocket expenses. I set up a payment plan and have two years to pay it off, no-interest.

I really feel accomplished today :)

SimpleLife4me: Thanks for the video-link! I had remembered that song from my teenage years when I named my (new to me) black Honda Accord that I got it a couple of years ago. For some silly reason I always name my cars, and the name always involves its color. A long time ago I had Red Fred, who was a Ford Wagon (he went on many a road trip too).

That would be a great song to listen to at full blast barreling down an empty highway out west!

I failed to name my lime green Accent so my kids did it for me; the Big Green Booger. Then we got a dog named Raleigh who really needed a new name, they came up with Buddy. I get Big Green Booger and the dog gets Buddy, jerks, lol
