When I was younger, I adored Kids in the Hall, I admit it's been a few years since I watched again to see if it stands the test of time. Last time I checked, I still found it hysterical. My brother and I still shrink annoying people's heads.
But WTH has happened to Dave Foley? He shows up in some pretty bad roles on mediocre sitcoms, he just is not funny. Newsradio a few decades ago wasn't horrible but from then on he just pops up as minor characters on blah sitcoms. Right now, he's on a sitcom called Dr Ken, a formulaic family comedy, and he is downright un-funny, like can't bear to watch this train wreck un-funny. It's sad because out of the KITH crew, I thought he was the one to most likely be successful in the US.
just my 2 cents. this seems like a group who may like Kids in the Hall. The chicken lady still gives me nightmares, lol.
