died at age 77 of cancer, numerous movies, including Man for all Seasons and Elephant Man.

I just saw John Hurt in the film Jackie. He looked ancient.

He was looking and sounding old in his Doctor Who appearances, but I didn't realize he was either fighting or just finished fighting Cancer at the time. Sorry to see him go and it does make me want to see the Elephant man again. (didn't realize that was him; when I first saw it, I thought it was an older movie then, rather then new)
