Does anybody have recommendations for web-based overviews of good basic strength-building weight routines, preferably for women? I am looking for something relatively simple and straightforward. Worked with a trainer for several months but he was always just jumping around from one thing to another without any obvious pattern which I found really frustrating. I want something I can do 3x week, roughly 30-40 minutes for a session. I'm planning to to 20-30 minutes of cardio (mostly treadmill walking/running) on the days I do weights, plus 1 hour cardio sessions to make up the rest of the week (one day off a week).
I could google, but you guys are better :). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
