Thanks, Geila! Before the internet, I read twice as many books as I read now, although I still read quite a few books by most people's standards. I don't do the internet on my phone, so I still have free-range brain time when I'm walking about.

Cute article. We can still do these things, just pull ourselves away from "it". I am working on that and have made progress over the past couple of weeks or so. Minimum time online and have basically ditched facebook - major time waster.
