Jiffy Mixes

You know those little blue boxes that are so cheap. I had not used those in like 30 years. They are made just down the road from me and I pass the plant often. On their site www.jiffymix.com there are so many recipes, so I started trying . I have made so many of them sizing the recipes to a one small box size. This makes enough but not so much I a full of junk food.

I really liked their cornbread, not as crazy about the fake flavored muffins. The just-add-water mixes are great for camping.

I never bought these mixes as I did not like the recipes on the boxes either, gosh I have made some good stuff from the site. The brownie box has unlimited uses! The muffin mixes I made cookies of assorted types with them.
