I've got an over-abundance of male squash flowers (only one female flower so far, I'm really hoping for more, so I can get some squash). I tried sauteing some of the blossoms today. I wanted to do stuffed blossoms but the flowers are so delicate, they fell apart so easily. I rinsed them and sauteed them in some butter, and added a little salt when they were done. Soooo good. Main drawback (besides them being so delicate), is that a handful or two of blossoms only equals a spoonful or so cooked. But at least I'm able to get some use out of all the male flowers. And they do taste great!
