In over half of all countries not a single person has been vaccinated against covid. When a country has enough of its people vaccinated to achieve herd immunity should they close their borders to unvaccinated countries to avoid a resurgence of the disease from new variants or otherwise?

If the country's name is new zealand or australia or south korea, then yes. If the country is named North Dakota or South Dakota or Florida or Kansas, then they should probably just roll the dice and let as many people die as possible because that's how freedumb works.
