As of last night still listed as critical but stable. Thank you all again for all the prayers.

Progress is minimal but positive. Brain trauma and fractures, so child has been under sedation since the accident. Will slowly reduce the sedatives and see what happens before starting whatever surgeries are necessary. I don't know what the timeline is going forward, but it will be a long road ahead for all. Thanks again for the prayers.

First surgery was 6 hours Christmas Eve into Christmas day. Bless the surgeon and surgical team! Update was that it went well.

That progress is a Christmas present in itself.

Making excellent progress - all things considered! Has been moved out of children's ICU and into a room. Good for progress, bad for possible COVID exposure. But, doing a little better every day.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers. I do believe they make/made a difference. I'll probably cease with the updates until the anticipated hospital release.

Figured I'd share another update. Has been moved to the hospital's therapy section and has started. Last information is that there may be no need for further surgeries!!!! Again, my thanks for the prayers - they are still working! :)
