I follow an exercise session weekly and learned about the importance of fascia stretching as a part of exercise sessions. It is especially helpful for those who have sedentary occupations or lifestyles.

Have you heard about this before? After 45 minutes of fascia stretching covering the whole body, I am far more tired than the usual exercise session.

Interesting. Between this and the Qigong mentioned in another thread, I definitely have no excuses for not stretching/exercising!
