So i do the cooperative thing with my afternoon staff person, think that we have an agreement on how to organize this one thing that gets organized at the beginning of each week by me, and I noticed before I left yesterday that she had changed it again! WTF, oh I am not happy. I don't agree with changing anyones work without talking to them and certainly not your supervisor. So I can't really see her today and so communication is going to be hard. I will call and leave her a message to change it back. I still don't agree with posting a public note in our communication book over this. Not cool IMHO, but it is going to be a long morning while I try to not talk about it (I have to work at not telling too much in general) and keep it between us.
