Thinking of you Iris Lily

A couple of towns away from me is a daylily garden that is going out of business. Over 2000 different day lilies to choose from. Oh my! The picking was the quick part, the line was the long part, and then the wait for them to dig up your plants.

They were charging $15 for a "clump" and the clumps I brought home are all at least 20-30 individual plants. Now I just have to find room for all of them. :laff:

ooooooo that is a good score! I hope you get a variety of colors and not just scads of peachy color DL's. Or yellow. I like the hot colors and the spiders.

I got one called apple blossom, which is a pale pink with a yellow center, one called prairie blossom, that looks like a sunset to me, and one called my little jewel which is a deep rose pink. All of them had "miniature" flowers, smaller than I've seen with traditional day lilies, and much shorter too.
