My swimming holes

I want to share with you where I go swimming.

This one

is a lake about a 10 minute drive through our little town.

This one is a beach about 5 minutes from our home.

Today I went swimming at both of them.

I had 'buy waterproof disposable camera' on my shopping list for today and completely forgot. I was going to take a few photos from my kayak. I usually go pretty early in the morning and greet the sunrise while paddling. I can leave my driveway and be in my kayak within 5 minutes on Table Rock Lake.

The nearest beach unfortunately is almost an hour away so I've only been once this summer. I hate that. I love swimming.

:) Yes, taking 4 small children to a body of water by myself takes quite a lot of planning and energy. We'll probably hit the pool tonight when Grandpa and Daddy are home too.

Beautiful pictures you guys! I've been wanting to take all sorts of pictures and post them here, but something is wrong with our camera, so pictures will have to wait. Hope to get it fixed or replace it soon.
