Jalapeno Cornbread

Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for Jalapeno Cornbread? I want to make a pot of beans and rice and sausage and thought that Jalapeno Cornbread would go with it.

Hi Florence,

...and I add about a quarter-cup of finely minced jalapenos (with ribs and seeds removed) and a half-teaspoon of cumin to the batter. If I'm feeling saucy, I'll stir in a half-cup of shredded cheddar too. It's always a hit in my house.

Paula Deen has a good recipe on her website for cornbread with jalapenos in it. I've made it a couple times and it was awesome!
