finally, some creativity around here!

Just doing the same ole routine, so today I took myself out of it by going in the backyard and making a basket. It was relaxing for me, though the neighbors a couple of doors down were a bit drunk in the pool. I finished my basket, since it is pretty small, but I am proud of myself for finishing something. Lately, it seems like I have been more of a craft supply collector than a crafter.

There must be a lot of us. I've been organizing my work room ("storage room" would be more apt) and observed that 30 years of buying art/craft supplies results in a veritable mountain o' stuff. Note to self: I don't need knitting needles, quilt batts, scissors, thread, watercolor paper...
