Hot Flashes

I had been having uncomfortable hot flashes. Friends recommended Estroven, so I tried it and by golly, it worked! It took about two weeks to notice a difference and three weeks for them to stop. What a tremendous relief.

Lucky you! I tried all kinds of OTC stuff with very little results. Cutting out the caffeine helped the most, but dang it, I like coffee. I keep a little fan on my side table next to the bed and crank that baby on. Of course, now I can't sleep without the fan on since I'm used to the white noise. :o)

Coffee, chocolate, and alcohol all give me hot flashes. If I stay away from them I'm ok, but hard to do sometimes...
