how do I cook frozen quiche

I baked a couple of quiches a while back and put one in the freezer uncooked. How do I bake it now, throw it in frozen or let it defrost and then bake it? Thanks

Put it in the oven frozen?

That's what people often do with the little frozen ones. I don't know...

I think you can do either. But if you put it into the oven frozen, start with a cold oven so you don't crack the pie plate.

And I'm thinking a low temperature, otherwise the center will be less done than the edges.

probably want to cover it with foil for most of the baking time too, so it doesn't dry out.
