My daughter is to be married at the Stanley Hotel in March. Does anyone have an suggestions of a Vegan or Vegetarian place to eat in Estes Park?

We are not vegetarian but less meatarians and when facing a number of days of eating out we like a vegan option.

Perhaps we have a late lunch/early dinner in Boulder on our way there from Littleton and then have lunch in Boulder on the way to the Airport the day after the wedding.

Well, my source wasn't very helpful. He said there are several Thai places and a Nepalese place, didn't offer any names or addresses, then added that it's pretty much a meat-and-potatoes town. Sorry.
