Nice - thanks for sharing. As much as I love the charm and character of older houses, I do admire the streamlined functionality of some of these modern spaces.
I loved the open, simple and clean look of this house. I'd like to include more interest on the outside, more native plantings and seating areas. Thanks!

It seems fairly large which is surprising. No square footage given that I could find.

Square footage is 768, which is about what our house was before we added a 170 s.f. back room addition many years ago. But our house has an awkward layout, and the Norris house seems to have such large open spaces! However, much of the aesthetics of surfaces, furnishings etc. do not appeal to me. I also cannot help thinking of aging-in-place issues as I eye the ladder to the loft area! I'm sure that designs can be customized/tweaked to suit individual needs though.
