Friends of mine make them. There was a class at church several weeks ago, but I was unable to go.

An artistic friend of mine took a pyanska class and made two beautiful eggs, but fragile as they were, they eventually broke. I think if I were going to make some, I'd start with gessoed polymer-covered eggs.

Years ago, I wanted to make Ukraininan style eggs, but didnt' want to do the "Batiking" of it. I used a tiny brush and acrylics and tried to duplicate the intricate tiny patterns. I loved doing it, but I don't think I came close to those works of art.
