Rightsizing your life

Has anyone read the book Rightsizing your life by Ciji Ware? I picked it up at the library and it seems very interesting and well thought out so far. Wondering what others thought?

Yes, I've read it and I also gave a copy to a family member who is in the very midst of trying to do the same with her life. She says it has been extremely valuable and is using it to transition from a giant home packed with stuff that belongs to other people, not her, to a small space in a less expensive area. She also says it has helped her figure out her own issues in relation to stuff, which she says has been very liberating.
