View Full Version : Everything you love will be taken away.
"Cry for everything you know they'll never have."
These words fell from the skin of Slaid Cleaves in the song "Cry".
I'm no stranger to the obsolete obstacles I recall as "The simple Living Network", that collectively suffered from ego misidentification, a haven for socialists at the expense of individualism, at the expense of truth, at the expense of breath. Civilization is largely insane. Will it be too much to expect that moderators, if they exist here, at this extension, life support of SLN, are not committed to collectivism?
Ego is beast, ego is evil.

I am glad to see raymond back here.
I guess that I can't think of a reason why his membership wouldn't be "approved."

It was a JOKE, IL. Lighten up already! :moon: :laff: You will be thrilled down to your very toes to know I will be leaving at the end of February. Today would have been my last day except we are shorthanded at the moment.

Wow, I read this topic in "spirituality and religion" and thought that it was a meditation on impermanence, Buddhist style. And I thought: yes, it's true and IT'S SAD. Everything you love will be taken away by the very life process itself. Loved ones will die, your body will fall apart, you will die, in short the life process is a process of losing everything you love. Um rather morbid ... but sad and true. And then I read the rest of it and I'm like: woah, where did this topic take a turn and jump the tracks?

Raymond - Good to see you!! Thanks for turning me on to "Blue Rodeo". How's everything on the farm? Stay warm!!
Peace
I don't love "things". Now having everyBODY I love being taken away... that's a whole other issue.
