Hi, Samantha, and welcome to you and to decemberlov as well. I spent many years living in England and loved it...one of the most useful books I bought there was "How to Feed Your Family on 5 GB Pounds a Day." (Sorry, my computer doesn't have the currency symbol for GB Pounds Sterling!) I bought it when I was a student in London and still use it today. Again, a warm welcome to you both.
