... just so I could go to this conference in November!

I've been reading Charles Eisenstein, author of Sacred Economics, and he's very provocative. But this whole conference looks amazing. (Didn't know which forum it best fit.. but I guess it really does address "right consumerism" so I'm putting here).

I never did entirely finish that book, call it my lack of discipline, call it ugh, just had enough of it, and never did.

I did read a great deal of it though this was my very short, very broad, review:

Conference might be interesting but I'm nowhere near Canada either.

I liked your review ANM... I pretty much agree. I just like it because it's so darn provocative and I think we need to challenge current sacred cows from time to time. But, yes, he does come off arrogant. It's also interesting that his view is probably shaped at least in part by his own personal financial disaster. I wonder what he would espouse if he jumped on the corporate treadmill and found some success there?

But, being a Myers-Briggs "Idealist" I really pretty much ate it up.

Catherine. I wish you, along with a few others on the forum lived here. We could have our own conferences over tea and biscuits.
