Really enjoying the vegan recipes in this book. We've had the Spicy Thai Sweet Potato Stew (good, but a bit too spicy; will tone it down next time) and the White Bean Caldo Verde, which was slublime. If you are wanting to try some vegan recipes, I do like this book. Has recipes for making staples, too, like vegetable stock, pesto, roasted red pepper sauce, etc.

FYI, if you bought the first printing of this book, there were many errors and the publisher will send a free replacement from the second printing. See the FOK website.
