Okay, breath. It is with the Library system doing a lot of community programming like I am doing in a school right now. I got called today and have several peices to put together at this point before 12 tomorrow. It is a story time plan and prepared to present for 5 minutes for 3-5 year olds. That is pretty much what I do with slightly older kids so I feel a little confident.

I will let you know how it goes.

When ever I go on an interview I make a list of thoughtful questions to ask them about the job and memorize them.

Good luck.

Thank you all, It went very well. I did a book for the read aloud demonstration with some real objects. It was The Important Book by Margaret Wise Brown. I brought a spoon, cut out snowflakes, a baby shoe and an apple. For the page on wind I had the 'pretend kids' blow on their hands before I read the page. I had 2 points of feedback, one was when I did the book and had my son's baby shoe. One interviewer asked where in the world I got the shoe (they had just called me yesterday afternoon). I wanted some real objects for the ELL children who may come to a story time. Also they gave me a couple difficult situations to talk about how I would handle them. The same interviewer told me I handled that very well. I have had a fair amount of difficult situations the last couple of years and generally get feedback that I handle them well.

Now it will come down to who else applied and how important Spanish is.
