Is Fels Naptha bio-degradable?

I have searched the Internet and cannot find anything reputable about Fels Naptha being-biodegradable or not. Does anyone here know? It's time to make laundry detergent but now with the septic tank it has got to be bio-degradable...

Thanks December, this article was great and I won't be using the Fels Naptha. Don't think the ingredients are healthy even if you don't have a septic tank! Thank again, Christine
