I saw hers the other day. I love the "pink room" and bath.

Reason being, it could be a family home at that point. I'm wondering if it's long enough for a twin size bed? This place has room for a double, apparently, with the loft. DH and I used to share a double back in the day! :D put a kid in the loft, and away you go, I guess. :D

Dh also likes the 480 sq ft place I found some time ago (looking at the various plans and I posted on here). That's what we are in now, and honestly, it works. We are working to put DS into the closet, and moving the closet stuff into storage in the lounge (which I think will work great). finding the right closet/wardrobe is proving to be the difficult part. :) I found a design I like; I might take it to a local cabinet maker and see what he can do for us. I think I could probably get a custom one made for less than I'm finding various new and used ones online.
