We live very close to Mt. Washington and I have not been up there yet--it's real expensive, you have to go up to the observatory in a special expensive transport, and apparently the drive up there is terrifying. Maybe someday.

okay---yes---I forgot to mention that there appeared to be a train-tram hauling tourists to the top. Plus, the parking lot and the designated trailheads was very full. So, yeah---Mt Washington is very touristy. But interesting, anyway.
